Went to visit the folks in Leisure Village today. Celebrated Dad’s 77th birthday. Classic Colasurdo gathering — Mom’s pot roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, corn, pickled beets, salad with kick-butt balsamic dressing and bread sticks. The finale — triple-layer yellow cake with raspberry and apricot filling and cream cheese icing, also courtesy of Mom.
