Tonight’s Buddhist meditation class was about setting intentions. So perfect, as I have been finding that helpful lately and would like it to be more of a habit.
The intention I set in class was about releasing and cleansing old relationships or potential romantic attachments that are no longer positive or healthy in my life. Funny, but I walked out the door after class and about a block into my four-block walk home, I ran into someone who falls into that category. He walked with me for a few blocks and I suggested we stroll to the waterfront and chat on a bench. Within a half hour, I felt peace around the connection and was glad to have been given the opportunity to know him.
