Regular readers of this space know I have opted for the “head in the sand” approach to political news for the better part of this year. It’s made for a more peaceful existence.
Well, in the last day or so I decided to pull my head out of the sand and get a fix. I find when you’re not fed this stuff regularly, it’s easier to spot the spin and see what’s real and what’s drama. Hate. Blame. Name calling. Lies. Jockeying for position. So scary. So disconcerting.
I’m going back down under to bliss out for a while.
