So enjoyed having a front row seat for the Macy’s fireworks last night. Sat with a group of friends right at the railing at the waterfront promenade in Hoboken and took it all in — the boats full of people floating on the river, the fall of darkness over the Manhattan skyline and the Empire State Building in red, white and blue. And that was all before the show even started!
As for the fireworks, I was particularly wowed by the hot pink and green color bursts and then the one spray of white weeping willow-looking ones that kept layering on top of each other. Delightful.
Great vibe.
