If it’s true what we learned in journalism classes back in college that the more negative mail you draw, the more you’re being read, then my readership is going to town, baby. Check out today’s Game Plan called Education Goals and Parenting Madness to see what all the fuss is about and feel free to chime in.

"I get so much support from your writings - that's why I usually save them for evening reading, when it's quiet and I can think ..."
"Your column changed my life today ... [it] helps me jump into one of my opportunities today with renewed joy."

While I certainly love the article and agree with everything you said – I think my favorite part might be the comments. Get a grip, people. Ugh.
Me, too. You should see my email.
The Foxbusiness website comments relative to this article have finally motivated me to go through their somewhat cumbersome registration process so I could post a comment of my own. I don’t think I’m particularly eloquent, but I can’t stomach reading only negative, paranoid, scary comments. Not every parent was horrified at the thought of OUR president addressing their school-age children during the school day. I would even venture to say MOST parents thought it was a wonderful idea, that his message was inspiring, and they wish they could have heard a similar message when they were in school.
