Not one who gets too heavily into celeb gossip or even the details of their lives, today’s interview of Whitney Houston by Oprah was an exception for me. Maybe it’s because I’ve derived so much enjoyment from her gifts, but I so want to see her healed and whole.
The interview, which continues tomorrow, was fascinating as Houston searched for just the right words to some of Oprah’s questions. Her love of a man riddled with addiction issues and her participation in that unhealthy partnership came through in a very human way.
