Uh, humans, do you think we could lighten up on the whole Christina Aguilera Super Bowl national anthem thing? I mean, when I was a sports writer I covered thousands of sporting events and sometimes people flub it under pressure.
“I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through,” Aguilera said in a statement.
