I don’t believe it is a coincidence when a book or author comes up several times in a short span in conversation or reading, so when a friend said she was reading Pema Chodron’s book When Things Fall Apart I paid attention. Chodron has been on my radar for a while and this felt like a clear sign it was time to go there.
Honestly, I don’t know if I was ready for what she delivers in that book prior to now. I just can’t say enough about it. But what really hit me was how her words were resonating with me personally as well as on a more global scale with all that is happening in Egypt.
