Finally finished Umbertina. Had 40 pages left and just had to settle into a secluded seat in a cafe and knock it out. So good. Nice to get absorbed in a story about Italian-Americans. Learned more about myself reading that book than any self-help book I’ve ever read.
Onto another Helen Barolini book …
