A friend of mine, poet James Nave, is doing an all-day workshop in New York on September 27th called Now Get Published! Discover the Secrets to Landing a Book Deal. His fellow faculty members are Joel Fotinos, who published The Artist’s Way, and Laura Berman-Fortgang, a bestselling author and coach. Early bird tuition is $129 and registration after September 12th is $149.
I met James Nave in 2001 when he was running The Artist’s Way Creativity Camp in Taos, New Mexico, and it was a dynamite experience. I have also taken The Artist’s Way course in New York with author Julia Cameron and Nave and enjoyed delving into the book in a group dynamic.
Nave is an animated teacher and has a lot of fun tools in his arsenal. His latest venture promises to be thought-provoking and packed with good information.
