Loved what spiritual teacher Elizabeth Lesser suggested with regard to a spiritual practice on Oprah today. In January, you take one minute each day to be still, listen to your breath or meditate — whatever works for you. In February you increase it to two minutes a day and in March three minutes a day and so on. By December, you’ll have a full-fledged spiritual practice of 12 minutes a day.
