It’s been a while since I went to a group meditation. Mondays nights had been set aside for that for more than a year when I attended a regular Buddhist meditation, but that option went away. So I took to spending solo time going within, usually at the end of the pier on the Hoboken waterfront.

Tonight I decided to try sound healing meditation and really enjoyed it, particularly one meditation that was about peeling layers away. Very relaxing and liberating.
