Of the many things I am thankful for this holiday season, some nudging from a friend helped me zero in on this one as particularly special. It is about perspective and how maturity colors things in shades of gray.
My friend read articles about Michael Vick and Tiger Woods that prompted him to write me suggesting a piece on the difference between forgiveness and approval. It resonated, and since we were into a sports theme I added Marion Jones to the mix to make the point.
