My friend Roger graduated from the Los Angeles Fire Department training academy in December. Now he’s in there, in the thick of it, and I think it’s amazing. He left a career track in sports media to pursue something more meaningful to him.
He sent me a t-shirt this week to thank me for my support. I’ll wear it proudly.
