Began the day with rock ‘n roll pulsing in my ears, sitting at the end of Pier A Park in Hoboken. There’s something about that location. It’s like being plopped on a stationary boat in the middle of the Hudson River. And it’s such a great vantage point to look Manhattan squarely in the eye and project your goals and visions across the water.
