I’ve seen Iyanla Vanzant in person twice and now a number of times on television. The woman is a force and has overcome tragedy and costly mistakes in her life. So inspiring.

Her new show on OWN, Iyanla, Fix My Life, has begun and here’s what impressed me the most — she engaged me for an hour despite the fact that I’m not remotely interested in most reality TV and I had never heard of her subject, Evelyn Lozada, of Basketball Wives prior to tuning in last weekend. It’s life coaching in action.
